Report Introduction The report is describing the complete functionality of the system of FastFit Gym. The complete system is being described by different techniques like UML diagrams, ER diagram, TCO etc. The complete process flow of the system is being shown in the report. The cost and schedule in making the FastFit system is also being shown in the report. The FastFit provides lessons on specific workshops e.g. Zumba, Yoga etc. the users can book their lessons for specific workshop on specific time. System Justification There are so many reasons for which the FastFit system is required like below- -It will be very helpful for customers as they can book the lessons online. -Customers can check their booking status online. -It is very useful for the staff of FastFit Gym also as they can check the bookings online and they can generate the reports like monthly booking report, monthly sales report etc. Business Case and Justification The objective of the FastFit system building is to make all the functions online. Every customer can check their lesson schedule, booking status etc. online. They can book the lessons online also. There are so many features that the employees of FastFit will use like report generation, customer detail etc. There are so many benefits of FastFit system- -Customers can book the lessons online. -The system will save the time of customers and employees both. -The data into the system will be stored permanently. -Employees can generate reports very easily. 2|P a g e
Project Scope The main objective of the FastFit system is to make the fully functional system for the customers and employees. The tasks that comes under the project scope of FastFit system are as follows- -Set objective of the FastFit system. -Make the layout and design of the system to show the functionality. -Design the pages of the FastFit system. -List the features that are required to make the system. -Set up the development team to make the system. -Do proper testing of the system. -Host the entire system on the server after testing. Cost and Schedule Analysis The cost and schedule analysis is made in MS Project. Major Functions TheFastFit System has so many important features that are necessary to implement it. Following functions are necessary in the FastFit system- -Make new customer -Create user accounts -Login into the system -Booking lesson online -Confirm booking -Check availability of lessons -Check lessons -Check the limit of the customer to book lesson online TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) TCO is used to display the cost that is hidden. There are so many tasks that are necessary but that didn’t notice at the time of cost and schedule analysis. It may bring trouble for the administrator because of high cost. That is why TCO is generated that may reduce this type of trouble.
