Part 1: Fictitious Work Profiles of Two Workers
Profile 1: Catherine Heather
Catherine Heather is a female who is an American by nationality. She is a worker at the organization
and is made responsible for referral program of the organization and is working religiously towards
the psychological assistance for young people. She is 36 years of age and believes in the need to
improvise the capabilities of the future generations. She is straight and works towards the well-being
of the young people in the best possible manner. However, she is a single parent who struggles in
keeping balance at home and at work. Her life has become hectic since her husband died of a brain
injury during an accident last year.
Profile 2: Mark Jones
Mark Jones is a 40-year-old American psychologist who has often come across cases where young
people struggle tremendously in managing stress due to financial instability. He is a worker at the
organization as well with the responsibility of educating the youth about the best practices to manage
psychological disturbances and stress. He is a straight person but does not have a family of his own.
After his wife divorced him, she took his children as well which led him to engage in alcoholism
from time to time.
Part 2: Professional Performance Appraisals
The professional performance appraisal for Catherine is mainly positive as she has put in hard work
towards sustaining herself in the job profile. However, she is often noted to take emergency leaves to
take care of her children and shows up late to office. On the other hand, Mark is noted to come late
to office everyday and leaves early as well. He is often noted by professionals to sleep during the
working hours in his office when none of the people require his assistance. He is pointed out to be
sloppy and does not communicate well with the other employees. He is usually in a foul mood but
the feedback from the patients is always positive and he has helped a large number of young people
to get back on their feet.
