and also giving equal opportunities to them that impact positively on the company and its

performance. It can fulfil its responsibility towards environment by using eco friendly ways in its
production that can help in reducing the amount of carbon footprints. Also some part of profit
can be given in charity to NGOs that are consistently working for the betterment of society and
environment.

working for it so the firm must provide better training and development program to the workers.
