INTRODUCTION
The hospitality management is usually overseeing the activities of administration in the
hotels. The management practise involve welcoming the guest in most effective manner
(Kaushal and Srivastava, 2021). The foundation degree in the hospitality management refers to
qualification that is required for managing the activities of hotels. The Hilton is a multinational
organization having their hotels worldwide, they are offering a quality of services to its

Duties and responsibilities
Accomplishing the objectives by managing the staff and planning the things to perform by
different department and evaluating their particular activities.
Maintaining their staff by recruiting the right person at right place and train them for further
development and training.
