country has faced some challenges that should be overcome to enhance quality health care.
These challenges led to the creation of a report by the committee that was set up to investigate
the future of nursing. Robert Wood Foundation Committee initiative on the forthcoming of the
Institution of medical exploration and nursing started with the aim of providing brilliant visions
that guide the whole framework for work. The concept developed by the committee helped look
for an entirely changed health care system that will address the sizeable American health care
and it is systems issues. With the argument about the affordable care act that took part in the
house of Congress, there was an increase in request for brilliant healthcare. The commission
considered creating a system that is reachable to all American residents. As a participant in the

illness. Also, the action alliance is in operation to put into action the information that was given
by the Institute of Medicine (IOM). Some barriers such as the hurricane-battered disaster that hit
the state hospitals have encouraged the state to concentrate most on the health system. The
hurricane hit the coast finding more nurses and professional stuck at home. The country learned
from this scenario after that created hospitals and trained nurses who are ready to provide
emergency services to any disaster that arises. Nursing in the state have improved making the
state plan for more and depicts in a bemusing way in converting the laws to increase access to
nurses and healthcare services.
The health care service and workforce have improved due to action taken by the coalition
despite some few members who failed to collaborate giving the government and other board of
leaders hard times and opposition from improving the system. To sum up, Healthcare services
