Introduction
The organization performance and growth is affected due to the various changes are
occurring in economy. It is necessary to analyze the environment factors and market trends as
businesses are influenced by the environment. Various environmental factors exists which cannot
be controlled. The global business environment refers to determining the forces of nature and
dynamics in global commerce related to the international trade which consists of the internal and
external environment. It influences the decision making use and capabilities of resources. In the
study the assignment is based on the SWOT analysis of the organization, key drivers of internal
and external environment and the functional impact in the company (Andonova 2017).
The chosen organization is food delivering industry JUST EAT. It is online food ordering
and delivering Services Company established in 2001 in kolding, Denmark. It is an intermediate
between the takeaway food outlets and customers. The just eat headquarter is in London,
England UK. It provides the service to the customer of placing orders and paying online, local
take away restaurants.
Main body
SWOT Analysis
It is a technique of strategic planning used by the company for identifying the strength,
weakness, opportunities and threats of the organization to compete with the competition in the
market. It is related to the internal and external factors.
Strength- Just Eat has several strengths that help it to flourish in the market place and
protect the market share in existing market. The strength is Just Eat provides high level of
customer satisfaction by developing relationship which increases the brand equity. For raw
material it has reliable supplier. Just Eat invest in training and development of employees
which results in high skilled workforce. Brand loyalty is increased and improved as high
quality products are provided in the competitive market (Faulconbridge 2019).
Weakness- Inability and poor waste management practices reduces the sustainability of
Just Eat. Shortage of inventory reduces the efficiency and customers. Low expenditure on
