Thisproject is designed to provide guidelines for how to develop skills andknowledge for leading and working with people. The right person at theright job enhances the growth of a company so this report also states thathow recruitment and staffing is important for an organisations operations(Adamou, 2017). This report also states about the situations faced byUPS(united parcel service) one of the leading parcel service in UK inmanagement, leadership and administrative problems. This has beencreating major problem in the organisation due to which losses occurs inthe company. To rectify all these problems how UPS improves itsrecruitment and selection process for better business operation is alsoillustrated in this project.TASK 11.1 Documentation for selection and recruitment process for the new staffThe company should maintain the records of the employees who workin the organisation. Its necessary to know know about the working force ofthe organisation.
