United Parcel Services are one of theleading company who are dealing in parcel services. They have faced many problems likeleadership and management (Adamou, 2017). This results in losses for firms thus they haveplanned to adopt new recruitment and selection policies in order to solve the issue. This report isbased on recruitment and selection plans, impact of leadership and team management.TASK 11.1 Confirmation for selection and hiring process for the new staffThe Selected firms should focus on maintaining records of all the workers who areinvolved in performing business operations. This helps in analysing the present workforce who isemployed by firms. The selecting and hiring process are linked with choosing the right peoplewho can perform business operations in order to achieve good results.
