A major area which should beconsidered by managers is to administer appropriate training toemployees regarding health and safety of themselves as well asothers. Safety aids: By considering past cases occurred in Aldgate EastCare Home, it becomes the major priority of organisation toprovide safety aids to individual who are working with them.Chances of happening incidents can be reduced by properhandling of tools and equipments.
