INTRODUCTION
Health care environment can be described as environment which focus on experience of gmail,
employee and patients. There are different types of employees work in an health care
organisation in order to attain goals and objectives of company. These employees belong from
different culture and it is responsibility of health care managers to create an environment which
accept these cultural changes in business and also contribute for success of company. This
project report includes charity run family and community centre which is based on Surrey and
use local authorities for purpose of carry out youth work. It has board of trustees to conduct
meeting on three months. There are different types of conflict occur in staff of this organisation
due to cultural barriers. This project report includes advantage and disadvantage of organisation
structure. It explain ways in which organisation structure present in case study impact of culture
of organisation. Moreover, it discusses role of health care manager with consideration to factors
presented in case study.
MAIN BODY
Description of advantage and disadvantage of existing organisation structure and describe
alternative organisation structure to help culture and work practice of organisation
Charity run family and community centre is a business that has adopted hierarchical
organisational structure in its organisation. It has board of trustees and also centre director in
business. Hierarchical organisation structure is one of organisation structure which consist direct
chain of command from top to bottom. In this types of organisation structure all decision are
made by senior management of company and then passed down to subsidiary management level.
If any pyramid in this hierarchy wants to make any decision for company, they needs to pass
request from chain of command for approval (Banerjee and Srivastava, 2017). It can be operated
in organisation where are only few products and service offered by firm in large volume. It is a
structure which also ensure tight control, quality production, distribution of products and service.
There are different types of advantage and disadvantage get by an organisation from this types of
organisation structure for Family and community centre.
Advantage of Organisation Structure: There are different advantage get by business on basis
of Family and community centre. Some of advantage of this types of organisation structure for
this Family and community centre is mentioned below:
