The present report is based on the Silver Line company which is charity organisation ofUK. The company helps free by providing the information and the advice for the other people(Swayne, Duncan and Ginter, 2012). The report contains the mission and the vision of thecompany and the structure which is follow by the organization. PESTEL analysis is to beconducted for the expansion and it has to be discussed. TASK 1Corporate Governance :- Silver Line Company is a charity which is governed by thetrustees who meet the deadlines to determine the direction to improve the strategies of Charityand also managed the team which is having the small staff to achieve the targets and also tomanage the operations which is to be done on day to day functions which is running in theorganization. Silver line have to make the plan for operating the business, they have to set thebudget and have to measure the risk and the charity have to managed all the parameters have tomake the decisions and by that all the members of the entity agreed by the decision and this isdecided in conducting in the board meetings (Drummond and et.al., 2015). Silver Line is theresponsibility is to review the financial reports in a month, the rolling budget, financial controland the progress which against the objectives to be set out on the business plan of the charity.The company has to compile all the information and the data and keep all the details up to datethat is given by government so that the entity can attain the success in market. Along with thisthe firm has to change the policies on the different areas such as Vulnerable beneficiaries, Riskmanagement, conflicts occur in the management of the volunteer interest and the handling of thecomplaints. During the year, the company and the committee has to reviewed the charity of thefinancial controls and the mandatory of the banking. Vision – Silver Line company has to become for the best known helpline for the orderpeople. The company have to attain the success in the market they have to attain the vision.

Along with this the company have to improve strategies and the policies so that they can improvethe functioning and operating the entity (Van Lerberghe, 2008). Mission – The company having the objectives for which Silver Line charity that wasestablished and have to promote the protection of the older people and in attaining the success inattaining for that they have to befriend and support the other person and have to be isolated forthe other people. Along with this company has to help the older people by financially, medicallyand have to give them advice, guidance and the support so that the entity can attain the successand the growth in the market (Aiken and et.al., 2008). Stakeholders – Silver Line company having the different stakeholders which will help inattaining the targets and the stakeholders which includes local authorities, staff members of theentity, family and founder of the entity, employees, government, social services, volunteers,trustees and the Big lottery fund. They have the direct impact on the services that is provided toconsumers by the firm which includes the savings of the health care, less stress for families,personal and professional development for the volunteers. These are the corporate governance, Vision and mission of the entity and these are madeby the managers of the entity to achieve the targets (Hesse and et.al., 2005). 2Organisational structure defines the activities which is done by the entity which includesthe task allocation, coordination and supervision that are directed towards the achievement or toattain the aim of the organisational. The company have to view the glass or the perspectives bywhich the individual person has to see the environment of the organization. Organisationstructure depends on the size of the business, its aims and the way that they have to see itself thatwhat they have to achieve in the competitive market (Piko, 2006). Organisational structure isalso affect by the external factors that are done by the outside of the entity such as the nature andspread of its consumers. There are different type of structure which helps in doing the operationsand these structure helps in achieving the aim of the organisation and the objectives so that theyhave to make the best use of the people and the resources. There are the different types of thebusiness structure which includes tall structure, flat structure and the matrix structure. Tall structure – The business is organised in the different layers of the entity that havingthe more authority. The advantage of this structure is that the every role has to be clearly defined.
