Healthcare is consists with the preservation or safeguard of health by the diagnosis and
treatment of diseases, unhealthiness, unwellness and further intellectual and physical
deterioration between human beings. These services are hand over by healthcare practitioners,
such are physicians, associates, nursing, medicine, dentistry, pharmacy and other health
professions. Along with this, healthcare environment is totally different from hospitals and
further institutional environments where nurses work. MIND is the chosen organisation in this
present report which is mental health charity in England. It offers suggestions and information to
people with their mental health problems and government or local authorities on their behalf.
The prime aim of the charity is to evolve understanding and awareness towards problems relating
to mental health (Davies and et. al., 2011). Along with this, healthcare practitioners focus on
providing quality services to their customers or patients. The present assignment will discuss the
mission and vision of enterprise. Also, it will provide MIND's organisational structure and its
environmental analysis as well.
PART A
P1. Corporate Governance, mission, vision and stakeholders for the organisation
Corporate Governance – It is the mechanisms, processes or regulations through that the
business is controlled and managed. Along with this, corporate governance is included in
managing the absorption and choices of stakeholders of the company i.e. customers, suppliers,
shareholders, financiers, community and government. Along with this, it also helps in providing
the framework to MIND in order to attain its goals and objectives from competitive market.
MIND is governed by trustees and this is recognised as the management Council. The charity
has with 16 people careworn from its local networks and membership. MIND is developed with
an aim to have heterogeneity which is affected in the membership of management council and it
is a diverse community. Government Councils take a critical reviews of organisation's actions or
activities; this is the most significant function of trustees and theses councils are developed in
order to ensure that the business entity is working at all times in the pursuit of its goals and set
up the business strategies for its betterment (Browall and et. al., 2013). Along with this,
corporate governance is also affected by decisions or judgement of board of directors; they are
the main stakeholders of the company. Such directors are voted by the stockholders or may be

Rodney, 2015). Along with this, healthcare practitioners and service providers needs evidence
that follows extant approachability and serviceability guidelines; they can be applied user –
centred designing and substantiation methods during the evolution process of the product. Apart
from this, the federal agency of healthcare research and quality have to launch and design some
protocols and regulations that are based upon usability and functionality consumer health
information technologies.
