In this report it will discussed about vision, mission and stakeholders of organization and also
expanding there health care setting by analyzing PESTEL for organization.

In every organization there is governance system and in Silver line also same is present.
In order to govern activities of the Silver line there is well developed structure in the Silver line.
In the mentioned organization there is the Board of Trustees which look after effective
implementation of the business strategies of the firm (Atwal, and Jones, 2009). There is a small
team of the employees who is responsible for implementing decisions taken by the Board of
Trustees. This team is lead by the Chief executive of the organization who look after effective
implementation of the firm business strategy. The main work of board is to manage cash that is
received in charity. In this regard Board approved the business plan, budget and strategy related
to the risk management in the day to day activities. Before taking any final decision approval
from all Board members is taken. Hence, any one individual cannot dominate entire board
(Bruno, 2010). In the organization there is a finance and governance committee which is
subcommittee of the main board. Finance committee review budgets time to time reviewed
organization budget and propose necessary changes that must be made to the Board of Trustees.
These trustees according to inputs provided by the committee members take decisions.

important stakeholder. This is because they are part of the society and are have good
knowledge the social issues that people around them face in their day to day life (Moos,
2012). Employees of the firm can help of age people and cannot fight for them. Government: Government is the one of the main stakeholder of the firm. This is because
government work for the well being of the people. Elder people are part of society and it is
government top priority to help old age people. Government has new wave to grant of huge
amount to the firm. Hence, government have very high importance for the firm as a

that all the desired functions of care home should be executed in an effective manner.
Skills of existing staff members can be improved so that they can provide better services
and care to patients residing in care home. Training program can be organized for staff
member so that necessary skills and knowledge can be imparted to them.
Funds for running activities of the organization can be generated from taking assistance
from local people. Internet platform can be used for collecting finance from people and it
will help in expansion and by completing financial activities of care home.
A legal adviser can be appointed in the company for taking assistance on various legal
matters. It will aid in managing the functions of Silver line in lawful manner and all the
policies and guidelines formulated by state will be followed in proper manner and will
result in expansion.
