Equality and diversity is one of the most important aspect for the organisation as well as for
individual in order to maintain the motivation level of their employees for gaining potential
outcomes from them. Respective report is based on Next Plc which is an UK based
multinational clothing, footwear and home appliances in the whole world. Respective
assignment is based on the subject matter of importance of equality and diversity at the
workplace to collect essential knowledge and information a through kind of research should
be conducted by using various tools and techniques such as project management plan that
determines each and every aspect related to project such as cost, time, scope and many
more. By using various kinds of methods such as primary and secondary sources to collect
information to gain potential outcomes.

Project management:
Project management plan is an chain of activities which consist of the initiation,
planning, execution and controlling the activities for achieving desirable goals and
objectives in proper manner (Bendl, Hainzl and Mensi-Klarbach, 2019). in context of
respective project is to examine various factors that contributes towards collecting
necessary knowledge by using the project management tool.
Aim:
To evaluate way or methods a firm imply the equality and diversity at work place.
Objectives:
 To analyse about equality and diversity.
 To evaluate the various ways to implement the equality and diversity at the workplace.
 To analyse or evaluate the benefits obtained after implementation of respective practice.

 What are the major benefits obtained by an organisation after implementation of

Build a project management plan.
PMP is an through description of each and every step of the project in order to gain and execute
in proper manner (Georgiadou, Gonzalez-Perez and Olivas-Lujan, 2019). By using
respective tool organisation can estimate various aspects in order to eliminate mistakes
at maximum level.
Cost Before commencing a project it is very much crucial to evaluate the
expenditure, for respective project the cost required is 500 £ and 600£
for completion of it in proper manner.

of research and development to accumulate accurate information.
Change While a new project come on air then major kinds of changes occurs
within the organisation, in that context the major accountability of
Next Plc is to give proper knowledge to their employees about
significance of change.
Risk The risk is associated with every project, the major kind of risk
associated with respective project is to lack of funds, not accurate
information and issue of pilfer so on.
Resources To accomplish the desirable goals and objectives some significant
resources also required that are funds, skilled workforce, time and
management (Nachmias, Ridgway and Caven, 2019).
Produce WBS and Gantt chart for gaining time frame.
For an organisation it is very much crucial to set time limit to accomplish goals and objectives in

Gantt chart they set time frame for gaining desirable objectives.

Respective tool is one of graphical and Bar chart that depicts the initiation and
concluding dates or period by availing various kinds of elements such as milestones,
resources, time, dependencies and many more (Milner, Demilly and Pochic, 2019)

WBS is one of the most important tool to divide or break down work and activities into
smaller parts so that it make easy the whole work to accomplish properly. By using respective
tool organisation can be able to manage the complexity of work by delivering value to the

both qualitative and quantitative tools should be used in order to enhance viability of outcomes.

In respective tool of accumulation of knowledge and information that depicts results in
approximates and characterize form that can be recorded and observed in proper form

observation, face to face interview and by using focus groups etc. In respective project by using

From the respective project it has been summarised that while commencing a project it has
been very much necessary to plan and coordinate each and every aspect properly. From
respective project i can be able to understand that an individual have to distribute roles and
responsibilities as per skills and abilities of another one so that they can give one of their
best efforts. I also faced some kind of limitations in accumulation of funds that are crucial to
accomplish each and every task in proper manner. Due to the varied opinions of people I
faced kinds of issues such as management of people and resources and gain desirable
outcomes from them in positive manner. in that series the motivation level of various people
varied from one another so it proved difficult for us to provide benefits accordingly to them.
So the overall experience is good enough and it provides me lot of learning with experiences
in order to gain success.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it has been concluded that equality and diversity is not matters only
within the organisation but in every aspect of life. It is very much essential to enhance
motivation and level of productivity within the organisation. With the help of it a firm can be
able to retain one of best employees within the organisation. By using kinds of practices
organisation can maintain behave equally with people in organisation such as providing equal
opportunities, wages and diversity at workplace.
