INTRODUCTION
Creative and the gaming industry is one of the rising industry in the modern times as this
industry has seen much growth in the few last decades. Moreover, it has been identified that
while working in a game design industry this consist of the broad ranged and varying skills
which are being needed in the organisational structure which are working together towards the
friction of the creative game product from the initial idea through to creative production.
Rockstar North is a British based game production and Development Company who Grand Theft
Auto is more famous game design they ever developed. Rockstar studio is currently working on
their next game production assignment that is GTA 6 which has used extremely high definition
graphics and animation and due to this they need a heavy skilled 3D character artist. Therefore,
following report will outline and explore the creative media production profession. Also, the
creative media production industry with a new review of work for the 3D character artist. In
addition the personal career foals in respect to the range of roles and subject to the North
Rockstar games. Moreover, report also discuss the personal development plan and also throw
light on the areas which help in developing skills as for 3D character artist.

P1 Investigating the evolution of the creative media production sector
The creative media industry encompasses a vast array of sectors, many of which crossover,
with a high number of individuals engaged in occupations that span many industries. Television,
film, radio, interactive media, computer game creation, picture imaging, press, marketing, and
advertising are examples of these sectors. What characterizes this business is that it relies on the
imagination of people and organisations to create a graphical communication that attracts to a
large population and it’s not just that, but it also depends on the expertise and competence of
those handling technology and utilising software to make the items (Pilkington, 2019). The
sector is made up of businesses of varying sizes. It is estimated that between 200,000 and
300,000 individuals work in the creative media sector in the United Kingdom alone. This would
also discover individuals in the creative media sector; based on the size of the firm and the

finance it gets, there are at least three alternative manufacturing systems. Smaller businesses
make money primarily by creating work with an outside customer, which is typically a firm that
is not in the media industry but demands certain internet resources such as a website or printed
media including magazine advertisements. In bigger firms, such as those that make films and
games or record music. Generally, a huge corporation will develop an idea that will eventually
be put into production. Projects with this level of investment often need months of preparation
and long-term manufacturing, which might take years (Jones, 2018).
P2 Analyzing the creative media production sector by looking at the work of a specific
practitioner
Aaron Garbut is the art director of Rockstar North and working for the organisation from
almost past 25 years. He has been developed many game characters such as Grand Theft Auto
III, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas and more. He stated that he
and project leader Sam Samuels conduct a lot of googling and street view exploring. The design
phase takes about nine months to a year, during which they will increase the group and bring
additional employees to cities like Los Angeles for the game (Recchioni and et. al., 2020). We
end up staying in this virtual world for four years. We travel over it more than we do round our
actual homes. Aaron is a hard working for the game which leads in success. He has done a great
job in all the versions of GTA.

The popularity of media attention and many baptismal candidates are determined, with the
hope of finding their dream job. There are certain skills and abilities as a 3D character animator
must have before it can master a certain type of art. Fortunately, many of those skills can be
developed, at the same time as they prepare for a successful career in the industry. There are
several skills as a 3D animator must be well versed in order to be successful in this field.
Make art and creativity
A 3D Character Artist needed to be able to reach the real world, as well as its part of the
game world. However, it is not enough to have a good sense of humour. The majority of the
