Home-based childcare setting is not easier task for the anyone because it requires large
number of skills and effective behaviour and attributes to lead a child in right direction and
manages their activities on right platform (Werner and et.al., 2016). So, home-based childcare is
become professional job. To get this job requires number of skills, characteristics and effective
behaviours. There are number of skills such as good communication skills, emergency training,
patience, positive attitude and child development knowledge etc. are important skills that must
posses by caregivers. For example, when caregiver has good communication skills then they can
direct communicate with children either they are small in age and size or physical appearance is
bigger but brain knowledge is small due to deformities (Albrecht and Khetani, 2017). There are
various children with disability or mental retardation who requires extra supports as compared
normal children.
So, it is required that caregivers must have effective communication skills because when
they have good communication skills then they can direct communicate with such children and
can supports them to improve their brain capabilities effectively. Another is positive attitude that
