Health and safety at work act, 1974 It is that act which states the employees needs and wants which provided with heath and safety as it is related to training at workplace for ensure their well being at the time of working in the firm.
Minimum wages act, 1998 It is that act which states about company manager provide the wages to the staff members as per their minimum wages specified. Minimum wages for employees of 25 age or over is £7.83 per hour, for staff members whose age is 21 to 24 is £7.30 per hour and £5.80 per hour for employees whose age is 18 to 20. Such wages are not provided then company can be penalised by government authority.
