In modern era, organisation working in hospitality
sector, it is very important for them to study
various factors that can affect their quality of
performance. They use to perform various
services like customers' demand, proficiency of
workers, latest technologies and other.
Introduction

Several laws are applied by the government which is compulsory to be followed by the
hospitality industry. Some of the legislations and laws are defined as follows:
• Employment Act, 2002: Employment law covers all the aspects related to the
employment. Any organisation has to follow this law for smooth running of the company.

• National minimum wages act, 1998: Under this act, several regulations were applied
from 1st April, 2018. These regulations has to be followed by London cafe which is
