Talent management is refers to the well organised and strategic process of getting right talent
that help them in enhancing their capabilities to keep al the organisational objectives in their
mind (Qoura and Khalifa, 2016). Mainly, it is consider as an important process that includes
determining talent gaps and vacant place, effective sources for on boarding the best suitable
candidates and motivating and training them to improve their performance at workplace. This
will aid in retaining them for longer period of time within the business organisation by which
long term business goals can be easily attained. In this context, both manager and leader play a
significant role in developing employees performance and well-being by guiding and
encouraging them towards the set goals and objectives in an effective manner. This will directly
contributes in establishing positive and competitive image at market place. Current research is
based on Hilton hotel, is a famous global brand of full services hotel and resorts operate their
business in over the world with the aim of generating larger profitability. It is American
multinational hospitality industry that serve best quality services to its large number of customers
to attain competitive success at market place (Adeniji And et. al., 2014). For this, company focus
on recruiting talented and capable employees so that they can contribute in attaining set targets in
stipulated time frame.
