INTRODUCTION

IT, hospitality, retail, aviation and many more. It can alter lifestyles and in addition preferences

Ibis Hotel. If any hotel combine their business with travel and tourism firm then, they can
improve their customer base and market share. Along with this, they can accomplish demands of
their consumers in an effective way. There are two sorts of integrations are going to describe into
this assignment, one is vertical and other is horizontal. This can influence entire association
directly or indirectly. Additionally, negative and positive aspects of integration is highlighted in
this report. Finally, a rationale project is developed to justify decision.

1.1 Interrelationship between hospitality and wider travel and tourism businesses
Sector of hospitality incorporates restaurants, amusement park, hotel and many more.
Along with this, there are various kinds of services are offered by them such as food, beverages,
accommodations etc. For relaxation of customers they provide some additional services to them,
which may include spa, games, gym, swimming, salon and so on. Fundamental aim of giving all
this is to satisfy their wants and needs. Instead of this, tourism refers, if an individual visit from
one place to other. They can travel for some intention and it can be either for business purpose or
may be refreshment (Buhalis and Crotts, 2013). This will consist railways, travel broker, airlines,
tour operators etc.
Therefore, tourism as well as hospitality segment is much connected to each other; as,
they cater best and effective services to their clients and give them appropriate satisfaction.
These both aspects are coordinated with each other. Along with this, they aid to generate
maximum occupational opportunities and improve economic of nation. As conducted by a
research it has been identified that industry of travel and tourist is offering almost 250 million
occupation. Along with this, they contribute approximately 8% of GDP to United Kingdom's
economy. Regulatory bodies have to develop and impose policies in respect of laws of travel and
