Globalisation is a wide term which has facilitated business across the countries. it is a
concept through which the commercial activities are taking place in cross countries which has
resulted in increase in business. though it is a complex process but has it has offered various
advantages to the economy, continuous improvements are made in same which may result into
better world tomorrow (Allard, Martinez and Williams, 2012). Earnst and young is a
multinational organsiation founded in 1989 through the merger of Ernst and Whinney and Arthur
Yooung and Co. oldest component from 1849. It is working towards developing confidence of
investors and also assist through giving different services like assurance, tax and other facilities
like giving the valuable advisory. the following research will discusses the impact of
globalisation on the refereed to enterprise. Data will be collected on the research topic using
different sources through which maximum understanding can be developed regarding how a
business can be effected if it operates at global level.

globalisation has become very important today as advancement in corporate world is taking
place at a high speed. Globalisation is important for this enterprise as in further it will raise its
scope and its total business in the long run. through assessing the impact of globalisation for the
refereed to enterprise it will be identified that how through the concept of globalisation Ernst
and Young can experience a positive change in its business and can give a better competition to
other organisations in the same field. As working at global level is a huge process it is required
to first understand what is globalisation and how it benefits the organsiation. Once a business
starts operating at global level it come across other advance commercial units and hence learn
their working styles which may help in own business to do better with the same resources. Apart
from this it is also an important topic as due to increased competition it has become important
that continuous efforts are made to enhance the total geographic area for any business as this will
help in raising the total profit margins and also the brand image can be improved at global level.

perhaps even more interesting. An increasing share of consumption consists of goods that are
available from the same companies almost anywhere in the world. The technology that is used to
produce these goods is increasingly standardized and invariant to the location of production.

CHAPTER 6: REFLECTION & RECOMMENDATION FOR
ALTERNATIVE RESEARCH METHODOLOGY-
Reflection :
While going through the research and at the time of conducting the overall investigation I have
been through many situations where I got confused related to you using primary methodology for
the secondary. Along with this, I also faced issues related to the topic on which I’m working
because globalisation is a wider context which cannot be researched in a short span therefore I
can say that I may lose some information when conducting this report. Away with this, there
were two of obstacles that came in front of me were both time and cost. On the other hand
mostly I relied upon primary research only but here also I faced issues because the number of
respondents were not responding the way I was expecting from them which made my research a
little less authenticated. Whenever I get into the problem I reach to you my tutor so that I can
clear my own queries in specific time frame. This is help me in in pulling out favourable
outcomes for myself and I finished the research in a longer but less time frame than I was
expecting.
RECOMMENDATION FOR ALTERNATIVE RESEARCH METHODOLOGY-
For every single researcher it becomes difficult to select one appropriate research method so
that favourable outcomes can easily be pulled out. There are many data collection methods
which could be used by the researcher in order to collect detailed information from the
respondents and for the current report it can easily be said that survey research method would
have helped the most to investigator. It is said because survey is kind of similar to you who
questionnaire which would help in collecting and analysing the data in a short span. But the
questionnaire research method was the best and the reason behind choosing this was that it was
simple and easy to understand for others due to lack of time questionnaire is the best method
which can be used for collecting available data. Right amount of capital, updated technology
and proper human resource management is required at the time of expanding business this help

in reducing all the risks that are involved and removes all the barriers in which can come in front
like change in technology.
CHAPTER 7: CONCLUSION
With the help of above mentioned Research report, it can easily be concluded that globalisation
has helped business organisations in expanding business at international level as it is remove all
the barriers that were linked to trade among different countries. Along with this, a company
sales can easily be improvised if it adapts right market entry strategic tool. Agreeing with this it
can also be said that business organisations would require to perform proper analysis of the the
international business environment before taking any sort of decisions regarding Business
expansion for operating business at international level. Proper analysis food help in in taking
right decision at correct time. On the other side, it has led to increased flows of inward
investment between countries, which has created benefits for recipient countries. These benefits
include the sharing of knowledge and technology between countries. Including this, it has also
been summarised that, if it is talked for a longer time frame, globalisation will directly improvise
trade and is likely to lead to the creation of more employment in all countries that are involved in
it.
Recommendations :
Considering the above information it is recommended that, companies needs to choose the best
market entry strategy so that they do not face any sort of problem while expanding business in
other countries that has Limited or sufficient growth. On the other hand, it is also recommended
that organisation also required to do proper competitive analysis in order to finding out what they
are selling and what strategies are being used by them in order to Grab attention of target
customers. Finding out the own capabilities could help a business organisation in reaching to an
all new level where it can gain many competitive advantages. It is also recommended for
business organisation to have a strong recruitment and selection policy as Jobs may be lost
because of the structural changes arising from globalisation. Basically this could lead to to
develop a structural unemployment which may also develop a wider gap among rich and poor
within a nation.
