millennial. The expectations of the employees change according to introduction of new
technologies, need of agility and increase in globalization in the turbulence of business
environment. It simply makes the fact possible that yesterday’s business changes entirely and
mean nothing in today’s business (Gomez et al. 2019.) The HR Policies undertaken by the brand
Forever 21 that can have advantage towards opportunities are as follows:
