This research study aims to investigate the role of HR department on the issue of employee retention and the various HR strategies to maintain wage hike in the low profit margin of the company. The study will examine the factors responsible for the high rate of attrition of the employees, determine the impact of employee attrition on the companies, determine the role of HR team behind the increase in employee attrition rates within the company, and examine the factors that influence employees to quit their job. The study will use a mixed methodology that includes literature review, data collection methods, and interviews.
