Organizations have a set objective and goals in the market which have to be achieved on
time which helps the organization can maintain their reputations in the market. The customer’s
needs and demands are changing from time to time which has to be monitored by the
organization and to increase performance of organization in the market. There has to be a healthy
and safe environment which the human resource management has to create for the employees
which help the organization can have a effective performance of the organization and the
productivity and operations of the company can be smooth.

INTRODUCTION
It is very important for organizations to have a good workforce in the organization which
helps the objectives and goals of the company can be achieved Rakhy and Vijayan, 2018). There
have to be a satisfaction and motivation level in the employees which helps the organization can
function effectively in the market which helps the organization can have a successful run in the
market. There has to be a well maintained standard and reputation of the organization which is
going to get in loyal customers in the organization which is going to help the organization get a
higher profit margin. Investments have made by organization to get in changes and the HRM
helps these factors to be adapted in the organization which helps there is a effective performance
of the organization.
Tesco is a retailer which is having its headquarters in London, United Kingdom with
450,000 employees working currently. The net income of the organization is £1.320 Billion and
the founder of the company is Jack Cohen. The report would consist of the recruitment and
selection methods which are being used by the organization to have a effective performance of
the organization. The strategies and methods which organizations use which helps they can have
a strong internal factor which is good to get a competitive advantage for a long run in the market.

Approach for recruiting and selecting for acquiring talented employees
In according to (Batarlienė and et.al., 2017), there has to be an in detail explanation of
recruitment in the organization which helps there is a effective performance of the organization.
The impression on the candidate and the candidate’s impression on the company have to be
effective which helps the organization and employees can have a faith on one another which is
going to make the organization be able to achieve their objectives and goals. Tesco always
contacts the previous organization which helps they can find out about the capabilities of the
person which helps the organization can have a effective performance of the organization which
is a very important factor for Tesco. The firm wants to increase their reputation and value for the
brand is being improved in the market which helps there are more customers which can get
attracted in the firm and that is going to make the organization have higher profit margin. There
are aptitude tests which are being conducted on the candidates which helps they can find the
right person for the job. The organization used old methods for operations and functioning in the
