Introduction
Human resource manager has assigned for all these task for hiring and maintenance of the
workforce in a business. This section of the company plays a significant role in the firm, like for
posting job requirements, recruitment of the candidates for the position, selecting suitable
individual, taking decision regarding the payroll and salary of the employees. They are also
liable for solving the issues of the employees at job place and assign the duties according the

Kingdom. This organisation is founded on 3 March 1865 by Thomas Sutherland. Around

involved in the working of the firm. It is also involved in providing the profitable investment
services and assistance to the people around the globe. The main objective of the Honkong and
Shanghai Banking Corporation is to become the best institution for providing financial
assistance to their customers. In this direction, corporation working in speeding the transfer of
funds to different sections, which will give them maximum and optimum returns and they will
get advantages in the growth of the banking firm (Roh,Ryu, and McLean,2020). Operations of
HSBC in the international is definitely a great support system, through this institution is able to
compete their rivals, not only this it also concentrating on giving its contribution to assist the
banking flows across the different nations. By taking such initiative, HSBC is trying to achieve a
better growth in the revenue and in this they want to generate maximum portion from the
different facilities like fee and insurance earning. Organisation also centring its policies in
fulfilling the social values for sitting the good example in the world like uplifting such culture in
its functioning which values and respect every person and their belief. Company make specific

effective and efficient.
Corporate Strategy of British Airways-
British Airways is one of the famous and second largest airline service after easyJet. It is
basically known for its comfort zone and supreme customer experience. This airline service is
established in the year 1974 with its headquarter located in Harmondsworth, United Kingdom.
British Airways British Airways is working in developing such strategies which are more centric
towards the customers and make it easy for them to operate (Tanriverdi, and Du, 2020). Various
important steps like issuing information through texting to the customer who have booked flights
in business class which help in avoiding headache of the customers who generally went to the
airports for such details. They are also focusing in redesigning their air planes model in order to
make them more attractive and homely for those passengers who are going to travel long
journey. Company's innovative strategy of doing continuous research of the market to get more
knowledge about their customers and bring changes according to that in their plan of actions.
British Airways is trying to build up pocket friendly prices if tickets, which is a very mindful
strategy to draw attention of those customers who are looking for such flights which are
affordable at the same offer good services too (Acquah, Agyabeng-Mensah, and Afum,2020). Its
planning for establishing good relations with famous companies to promote the idea of
environment friendly activities which will help the company to improve its goodwill among the
competitors in the market. This will also help British Airways to scale up its business and
increase its strength in the market by earning more profit.
The above discussed strategy of the HSBC and British Airways, it has been cleared that
the ultimate aim of the corporate strategies which are used by the companies is for the growth of
the management and its working in long run. But certainly there are several differences in the
planning of their strategies because one is from financial sector and other is from airway. HSBC
is using such business strategy which helps the customer in taking their decisions which is
generally related to the money and finance. By keeping their customers in mind they also work
in fulfilling the needs of the organisation by using such skills which force the customers to invest
more and this will help in raising their earnings. On the other hand, British Airways is definitely
a customer oriented organisation whose failure and growth is completely dependent on the kind
of services they will offer to their customers. In this way, they try to bring some changes in their
