The main focus of this poster is on the one question “What is Work?”.
In this poster, focuses is bases on human motivation and techniques
to do the work in traditional and modern era with the several
theories. Apart from it, the purpose of doing the work will also
discussed.
Firstly the main focus is given on the behavior of human from 19th
century to the modern era. As per the earlier behavior, people more
focuses on survival things but nowadays, people believes in
developing market with their survivals. It states that people do work
with the enhancement of lifestyle.
The main purpose of selecting this picture is to
describe the 19c work system. This picture states the
situation of the labors to perform their duties and
responsibilities towards the organization. Earlier, the
people do not exchange the wages for services which
they give to the organization as they exchange the
goods and services for performing their jobs for
survival. The main purpose of performing their work is
the survival which is necessary for the people
(Spender, 1937).This picture also states the theory of
labor work. In the period of 19c, people believe in
labor work instead of machine work which makes their
performance more effective.
This picture defines employee
performing in the organization by using
the machines. At the time of industry
evaluation, systems put out as the
workers provide home work to workers
with raw material and tools to produce
the product with the large amount of
quantity (History, 2020).
At the traditional era, people follow the
satisfactory theory of psychology as
they need to survive in the market. At
the time of Hunter-Gatherers, there is
no division of labour other than gender
and no social stratification. In modern
era, people believe in division of labor.
Division of labor states to the
specialization of productive activity
either by person in different
occupational groups and by different
components.
The time of Revolution is important for the working industry as the system have been changed with the
time to perform the duties. Change in industry work system helps the industry to grow the market. The
system is change in domestic and the global level. The lifestyle of workers have been enhance by
changing the system of division of labor to provide the duties which defines the changes in domestic
level. The changing system of industry also affects the global working system as the market has been
developed or grows by developing the products and services.
