the hidden talent of the candidate and then hire them. Selection is a marked as a very vital stage
for the applicants as well as for the organization itself. Misguide in the selection process can
many time lead to the loss of good candidates. At the present organizational scenario, loss of a
good candidate is a very hard thing to afford. It is also about the talent of the candidate who is
selected, without the talent. Identifying talent is the important task of the management and
showing the talent is an important job of the candidate.
