INTRODUCTION
Human Resource Development is the model for serving workers to create their
individual and organisational ability, skills, and knowledge. It is one of the most significant
opportunities that employer want when they consider them as an employs. The entire skills,
knowledge or ability will continue to develop its skills and it assist employees to retain and
motivate. This present report is based on “People 'R' Us” organisation which is a HR consultancy
firm and provide suggestions about human resource management to Sun court residential homes
limited. In this report, different learning styles, role of learning curve and their importance are
covered. Other than that, contribution of learning styles and entire theories, training needs for
staff and their advantage and disadvantages are discussed. Along with this, the given report
elucidates duty of the government in session of a training, skills development and lifelong
learning.
TASK 1
1.1 Comparison of various learning styles
There are different studies for learning style, and studies indicate that every individual
person use different learning styles. Through it theory, people could be classified into various
concept based on their learning styles. So, the people are not restricted to only one learning style
(Knowles and Swanson, 2014). Some learning styles solve specific issues, but some style of
learning solve the entire problems. Working and learning techniques are based on behaviour of
the people. If they want to adapt learning style, then they can learn. There are number of learning
styles but the some learning style are very important in the organisation. Visual learning style is
an effective style of the learning because through it, people can see the picture of future and they
will work according to it. Aural style of learning is also the best one because it is based on good
communication. It is very necessary style, it should be in the people or employees who working
in the organisation. Verbal style refers using language and both in speech and writing. Physical
learning style prefer using employee's physical structure, hands and sense of touch. These entire
learning style solve different problem and it will work according to different situation in the
organisation or their departments. Through it, people can learn skills, knowledge, and get the
information of numbers of topics. It is the effective learning styles which can be used in the Sun

court residential homes limited. So, people always use the learning styles and adapt the effective
style for increasing their skills, knowledge and abilities (Brewster and Hegewisch, 2017).
1.2 Learning curve and their role
In any situation, if a person is allotted to do the same task, then after some time, there is
an improvement in his performance, is a learning curve. In organisation, different types of work
allotted to their employees. When some task allotted to a person and after a period of time, they
improve their performance, then its called leaning curve. It is the very important in cost
analysis, and value decrease in effort per unit for repetitive operations. Learning curve is relevant
in taking some following decision and its are as: decision of pricing based on figuring of future
costs, capital needs projections, set up of incentives and bonuses structure for the employees,
workforce schedule based on future needs. This entire decision is taken through learning curve.
Through it, people or employee can solve any types of issues in the organisation (Gatewood and
Barrick, 2015). So they should use learning curve in their company and work according to it.
Learning curve take a decision against numbers of issues and problems, so company can get their
goals and target ,which were set by the managers.
Importance of learning transfer :-
Movement of learning advert to transferral newly learned content from a learning setting
to using in a specific activity. Its work with the employee's ability to use a technique on
particular job requirement at work place. There are different importance of the learning transfer
and through it company can get the numbers of employees who has the effective knowledge and
skills. Employees can handle the entire task and work together. They can help each other and
teach them the new learning styles and It is the very effective thing in the organisation.
1.3 Contribution of learning styles in Sun count residential homes limited
When Sun count residential homes limited arrange the training session or learning event
for their employees, then they have to do a lot of work for their employees (Bolman and Deal,
2017). Through learning events, workers can learn the effective skills and knowledge about
organisation and product or services. It is the valuable method of the company, through it
organisation will be able to earn more profit and revenues. In the organisation, they provide the
learning events to their entire employees, then their employee will be very motivated from it.
This help employees in increasing their work efficiency and dedication. If employee's dedication

will be increase then it will be beneficial for Sun court residential homes limited. Through
learning events, there outcome are: workers learn the verbal communications, attitude, motor
skills, intellectual skills, cognitive strategies in the employees. It help company in increasing
their brand value, satisfy employees, and profitability in the business. Their employees
capabilities also increase and it are as: they can execute a physical action with precision and
time, choosing a personal information, managing individual thinking and learning processes. If
their employees will learn this entire thing, then it is the very beneficial for the company. They
can execute the numbers of task, they can convince their customers to buy their products and
services. The marketing strategies also will be increase and they can explore their business in the
global or they want to explore (Alfes and Soane, 2013). Some condition include providing
employees the opportunity to acquire and exercise feedback, giving relevant subject matter
during training, pinpointing the needs of employees which will help in successfully
accomplishing an activity or task and giving the employees a opportunity to face and experience
in order for facilitating the acquisition process.

2.1 Comparison of the requirement of training for staff at different levels in Sun count

To determine training needs, tra8ning assessment should be practices so that the
knowledge or behaviours of employees can be best-known (Kehoe and Wright, 2013). In the
Sun count residential homes limited, number of employees working together in a team and
support or help each other for their task. Some time they can not help or support each other and
can not able to solve an issue or handle the situation, so they need some training session or
events for increase the skills of communications, team management, behaviours improvement
etc. Its all learning skills help them at their work place. In the Sun count residential homes
limited, providing gardens accommodation to old age people. In order to provide best services to
them, they arranging the training events for their workers, however, they can able to provide best
services to their customers. Company's big reason of training events is making their customer's
satisfy. If their customers will be satisfy from the services of the employees, then they will start
the mouth to mouth marketing and it will be more beneficial for the organisation. Through it,
they can be able to get their goals and target of the business. In the Sun count residential homes

place. It help workers in increasing their motivation, knowledge, information, and abilities.
Through this entire skills, they can handle the hard situation and manage the team in the
departments.

The organization supply respective strategies for training its workers. It is conducted to
help them to build a successful career route. Their performance will improve their performance
level. There are different types of method and their advantage and disadvantages which are used
in the organisation and that are mentioned below:

In the organisation they should start the training and development for a preparation event.
They can adopt a problem solving methods for development and approaches and training the
employees and this may execute a correct conclusion making activity. In the appropriate
planning for problem solving methods, they can teach their employees of decision making
procedure. So they can able to take decision according to situation. The whole team will conduct
an appraisal whereby the employee's union and administrator will survey the solution that have
been shortlisted. This process can be ongoing, so employees can have an opportunity to make a
problem scenario at their work place and then with effective management, they will solve that
issues (Katryn S. 2017).
The event training process :-

When company make the plan for training event, then the team will be present to the
superiors in the education of the training event and further, on be oriented to the actual situation
script to be solved. When employees work according to scenario, then manager should properly
verify the worker's task. On the following day, the task allotted to the person and give them
suitable instruction. It will prove their searching activity which discussed before. The team staff
should make a group of three people, where they can evaluate the solution in a specified period
of time. Further, the superiors should provide the results and suggestion for improvement in the
workers. Some more time can be added for searching results. It can be restricted and final
submission under seen and evaluated by the managers. Group discussion and question & answer
activities will help them in provide an effective solution. It will be suitable for solving problems.
Group discussion and Q&A activities are very effective in the work place for the employees. It
help employee to get the best solution of their issues at their work place (Noe and Wanek,
2014). Through it they will be able to handle their situation and issues. This process of the
training event is valuable for the organisation. It will help them in increasing their employee's
skills, knowledge, information, and abilities. So they will be able to give their high performance
at work place in the Sun count residential homes limited.
TASK 3
3.1 Set up an evaluation with appropriate techniques
The organisation, in order to achieve results of training, different methods should be
explored by the managers in to determine powerfulness and skilfulness an action. Top
management of the company can investigate the entire activities through analysing elements,
cost and benefits to decision. (Clark and McNie, 2016). In order to prepare an evaluation, they
can use five approaches and in the activity and distinguishes between the expected results and
actual outcome. This five steps are important in the business, so managers can evaluate in proper
way. When managers prepare an evaluation, then they should use the five methods which are
mentioned below:
 Program classification – They should assessment of the program which arranged by the
organisation. When company arrange the training event for their employees , managers
should be clear about that program, so employee can easily attend the event.

 Progress – In the organisation, entire training session should be effective and their
progress should be in the entire employees. So they can work easily and get the target and
goals of the company. If they can not progress according to their task, then it will not
profitable for the organisation. Managers should evaluate about employee's progress, so
they can work according to improvement (Dries 2013).
 Accountability and monitoring – Company should start the making account for training
events, so they can know about their expenses and outcome from the training session. It
show the participant along with the work that the issue starter is to present.
 Need assessment – In it method, they can clear the requirement of the workers, so they
can arrange the training according to it. When company arrange the training sesio for
their employees, they understand the need of employees, so workers are able to get that
learning and work with efficiency at the work place.
 Program impact – They should analyse that through training session, employees get the
skills, knowledge or not. If they are not able to get it, then again arrange the event for
them. So they can get the entire knowledge and skills for the organisation (Hakansson
2015).
3.2 Evaluation of training event
When organisation arrange the training event for their employees, further, they shouyld to
evaluate their training event. In the evaluation, they can know about needs of the workers and
stage of the learning level. If they arranging the event, but employees will not able to get it in
appropriate way, then managers should start the analyse that which factors are creating the issues
about it. Further, they will be able to know about that types of factors and provide the effective
solution to their employees. In the company, different types of training event are arranging, but
some time people can not able to get in appropriate way, so they should again start the event for
employee. Through development program, workers will be motivated during the training
activity. That motivation is valuable for the organisation. It help them in increasing their work
efficiency, and productivity (Cleaver 2017). In the event, they follow the discussion activity
which can be in entire people of the organisation. Through their confidence will be increase and
they will motivate by it. Training event provide effective results in the business and
organisation, so they can able to get the goals and target of the company which set by the
managers. If they will get it, then their company will be on top and their brand value increase on

daily basi. People will attract from the product and services of the organisation. In the event, they
teach the employees about customers, satisfaction, so at work place, they can easily satisfy their
customers and able to provide best services to their clients. Customers are the main part of the
bsuiness, so they should make a plan and strategies for the satisfaction and happiness of the
customers. If they will satisfy with the services of the organisation , then they will tart the
purchase products and services on regular basis, and it will be the effective result of the training
event (Cameron, N. 2013).
3.3 The evaluation methods and their review the success
The design of five steps assessment was advantageous in the successful appraisal of
actual life work setting in the designed activity. In the organisation, there are different types of
employees are working in a team. Some employees are give their high performance and some are
not able to give their best at their work place. So company start the activity of appraisals.
Through it, they can provide bonuses and incentives to the employees, who are giving their
effective performance at the work place. It will get by the workers, who can meet their
productivity in short time. Incentives and bonuses are motivate to employee for work hard. Some
employees can not able to achieve their target and goals, so company will not provide them
incentives and benefits. The awaited an real profitability were assesses by it method and
managed to resolve problems that were immediate during the training session. Main activities
were supply during the assessment process of employees, this affect the development process.
Through it, employees skills will be improve and it help them in increasing their ability,
knowledge,information and work efficiency (Zainal 2017). That five method is an important for
the organisation and through it company can review the success of the evaluation. Training
events with this five method, company can able to provide their knowledge, information in entire
employees which will be beneficial for the organisation. It is the reason behind company's
success. In the company, there are different types of task allotted to their employees, and it
should be complete with the skills, knowledge and ability, so they are providing a training event
for the workers. They will get the entire skills of the company and able to work according
organisation's rule and regulation.

4.1 In training, development and lifelong Role of government
The government plays a important role in training of employees supported in private
establishment. Development preparation are normally provided by the government who
organised professional educator to ensure employees are able to achieve minimal levels of
performance. The company is provide garden accommodation to old age people, and is examine
by the government to guarantee decent execution of the organisation's internal development. The
government work according to some specific company's development and their human resource
management. Government help organisations in providing training events and development
program through instructors. They are the best speaker who can provide their skills, knowledge,
and information to the entire employees of the company. Government plays a vital role in the
global for the organisation (Goodfellow I. and Bengio, Y. 2014). They provide best training
session to the employees and through it they can get the development and able to give their good
performance at their work place. The authorities aids such organisations particularly in the
improvement of their management of human resource section which ends in enhancement of
economy industries hence rising the effectiveness of HR. This is the main advantage over
companies in the entire market. Government help a lot to the companies, so their economy will
be maintained and they will be able to get their target and goal. If they will get the same, then
their profitability also will be increase and it will be beneficial for the company and their
employees. When government provide their training events to the people, then they can deal
with the young person unemployment and constricting the gap between skills and youth
unemployment. For the government to execute this effective they take the responsibility and
make sure the institution execution reaches a marginal level (Human resource development,
2017).
4.2 Explanation the way of development of the competency movement has impacted on the
public and private sectors
Execution administration programs are helpful in studying the entire quality of an
worker's task performance. So, ability based performance reviews measure an employer core
ability as well as particular job skills competencies. There are some competency movement
which impact on the private and public sector mentioned below:

Core competencies – In the organisation they set the priorities and work according to it. Their
employees also work with it and they will accomplish their task in high efficiency. It impact on
public sector, entire people can increase their ability of work during their task completion. On
the private sector its impact on the people who are working in the private organisations. They
will be able to work in high efficiency and their ability also increase day by day ( Law, and Lee,
2015).
Job competencies – In the world there are numbers of people are living, but through training
session people can learn their job ability and their skills. If they are working according to skills
and knowledge then their job ability will be increase. It will be beneficial for the public sector.
Its impact on the private sectors as they can able to manager their work in team and they will be
able to help each other in the department (Khan and Qamar, 2014).
Competency based evaluation – When company arrange the training events for their employees ,
they can check the ability of them or development. It is very important factor of the organisation.
If they will not done such types of activities then its bad impact on public and private sectors.
When they provide the development program for the people they face the lot of issue but they are
not stop and still provide the best development in the employees (Mertens, 2014).
Competency based performance improvement – They are check the employee's strength and
weakness, then evaluate of the entire abilities of them. Further, they will again provide the same
development program for their people, who were not able to get the appropriate knowledge and
skill from the training events. In the organisation, they start the activity according their
performance improvement , so they can improve the performance of the people, who were not
able to achieve their target and goals. Managers and employees usually work together to improve
performance plans based on the results of ability. A performance improvement strategy
dedicated to raising ability levels is a combined effort between managers and workers that begins
with the employees acknowledgement their demand.
This entire impacts are very useful in the public and private sector. Through it, companies
can develop their employees in professional way. Entire employees can get the knowledge,
information, and abilities which required by the organisation. If they will be able to give their
effectiveness result at their work place then it will be beneficial for the company. However, they
will be able to achieve their target and goals, and their profitability will be increase in the future.

Some team building activities is what is needed to take out a proactive output. Teamwork
and cooperation is the important factor to any organisational success stories so far.
Increase motivation – One of the major objective of team work is increasing motivation of the
entire employees. It will help them in work efficiency at their work place (Bhuyan and Kalita,
2014).
Improve productivity – Second important objective of the team work is increasing the
productivity of the employees, so they can able to get incentives and bonuses. It will help in their
motivation and work hard.
Making a problem solving plan – If they will work in team, then they will be able to solve entire
problems in a group and it will be beneficial for individual person (Modi and Rajarajan, 2013).
Their individual quality can solve their issues and problems, so they will get the solution and
learn the handling a situation.
CONCLUSION
In this present report it has been recognised about different types of learning styles and
comparison between each style, role of learning curve and their importance, and their
contribution in planning and designing a learning event. Other than that, it is conclude that there
are different needs of training for staff at Sun court limited, advantages and disadvantage of
training methods. Along with this, in this report it is also conclude that suitable techniques of
evaluation and training event, role of the government of the competency movement and their
impact on public and private sector.
