INTRODUCTIONHuman resource development is a process to develop employees skills and knowledge. Itis very important to every organization which can helps in increasing the growth in appropriatemanner. Human resource development include some opportunities like training of employees,career development of workers and performance management which improve employeespersonal knowledge. It can also increase the positive work attitude of the employee in anorganization to achieve goals and objective in effective manner (Learning Curve). It a acontinues process to increase the skills of employees. The main purpose of human resourcedevelopment to provide better training in an organization to increase the ability and skills of theemployees. The aim of this function is improve productivity of labour in an organization. Thisreport is based on “People 'R' Us” firm which provide services in human resources sector. It alsoprovide recruitment and selection process for employees to increase ability of workers inorganization. It is evaluate the training event for Sun Court Residential Homes Limited. In thebelow mentioned report include learning theories and style to develop employees skills and alsodefine define the learning curve. This assignment is describe the role of government in trainingand development and contribute in human resources development for Sun Court Limited. TASK 11.1 Different learning styleAcquiring processing a some of the initial methods of learning style next step will bestoring, manipulating and information. It is a effective process which is provide skills andknowledge of an individuals in many styles to improve their performance in organization. It isdescription of how to do, what to do and why to do in company to attain best result. There aresome different style which is given by the skilled person, comparison of two styles of learningstyle which is given by David Kolb and Honey and Alan Mumford:Honey and Mumford's learning style: There are four style which is adopt by the Honey andMumford. They made some variation in the Kolb model which become key element of theirlearning style system: which is describe in below:Activist learning style- This learning is based on new things and challenges which is faced by theindividuals. This style include brainstorming, group discussion and problem solving.1

Reflectors learning style- This type of learning style is based on the collecting both primary andsecondary data to reach in final stage of the conclusion. Every individuals of company learn bywatching and reading whatever that is happing in their surrounding. They have more patience tolisten every person ideas and opinion after that they shaping their own perception and ideas toanalysis final result (List of Training Methods).Theorist learning style- This style is based on the observation of new theorise which is follow bythe individuals. They think logical to solve whole problems in easy way. These type of learnersinvolve models and theories to find the specific goals of an organization.Pragmatics learning style- Basically this style is followed by the particular person which ismainly concentration on new theories as well as ideas to improve their own knowledge inappropriate manner. This style is based on the experimenting the new ideas in order to checkWhether they work according to their planning.Kolb's Learning style: this style is developed by the David Kolb's, he believes in experiencing,reflecting, thinking and acting. There are four different types of learning style that is based on thestage of cycle which follows by the individuals:Diverging learning style- In this learning style a person first watch and observe various activitiesthat a perform by someone and then they execute their new learning. They also get personalfeedback to perform in best manner.Assimilating learning style- This style is followed by the individuals where they put moreattention on logical approach and ideas to define innovation and specific information. Basicallythey focus on clear concept rather then people. It is important to get best information throughreading, lectures and exploring. Converging learning style- This learning style is also follows by the individuals, they solveproblems with the help of own learning power and find best solution. They take effectivedecision to solve hard situation and obstacles. This style is based on the technical abilities to findbest solution. In this style people are attracted to technical task and troubles instead ofinterpersonal issues.Accommodating learning style- this style is define by the David Kolb's which is based on thedifferent style of learning. This style is follows by the individuals to do analysis and takepractical decision. They like to face new challenges to define the plans and complete their task.2
