INTRODUCTION
Human Resource Development is the practices which can be designed solely in order to
develop quality and skills of person as per the requirement of job. There are different types of
learning styles has been used by large number of firms for the purpose of enhance skills and
knowledge of employees (Werner and DeSimone, 2011). This is the helpful technique to
maintain performance and improve quality. The present report is based on Sun Count Residential
Homes Limited which is United Kingdom based small consultancy firm. This company provide
up-market care home set in acres of beautiful secluded gardens accommodation for Old Age.
Admission age over 60+. 50 single rooms with ensuite WC Sun Court has never had a formal
Human Resources Development function. In this report consists various types of leaning styles
and compare them with each other. Furthermore, learning styles and theories are helpful in
planning.
TASK 1
1.1 Comparison among different types of learning styles.
Learning is concept which is related with knowledge, skills, values and behaviour. It can
be used by companies in order to modify things and manage entire performance as well.
Employees are the important part of company so that they have to actively participate in this
process which is helpful to improve their long term leaning and management. It can be used to

employees. It is mainly divide into four parts are as follows-
Diverging (Feel and watch)- Members of company who follow this type of leaning style,

by David Kolb. In which members are responsible to follow their inner feelings then practical
reasoning.

Learning curve having impact on entire performance of company and its overall process of
leaning. It can easily represent track record of work performance (Armstrong and Taylor, 2014).
On the other side, it doesn’t have impact on the transferred to real world which is exiting
