Sainsbury is using different learning style so that they can
attain the success and growth. They have to provide the
training to the staff members so that they can improve the
performance in the market and also helpful for the entity to
attain the goals and objectives.

Different learning style
There are different methods of the information which can be
deployed and the entity have to interpret, organize and represent the
information this can be termed as learning styles. Company have to
use the multiple learning styles and have to make the multiple
intelligence for the learning which is a new approach. The concept
of learning styles play a important role in Sainsbury as it is
influenced by the person so that they can achieve the better
performance to upgrade the knowledge and skills and also play a
essential role in the entity.

The company have to use the learning style for providing the
training and development to the employees of the firm :-
Visual (Spatial) – This concept of learning style is based on visual
mediums and the person which helps in learning so that they have to
do the visual aids to guide the process.
Aural (Auditory-Musical) – This is the most important and easy
concept for the entity and in this music, sound, rhyme, speaking or
learning techniques are used by Sainsbury to learn the different
things.

Verbal (Linguistic) – This concept defines that the
information which are provided to the employees that is
verbally, no written form is there. '
Physical (Kinesthetic) – Different things in the
organisation which can be learn in the better way by
using the body movements, gestures, actions by hands
and by touch.

Learning curve
Every member of the entity has to perform the task for a many number of times
after some time Sainsbury increase the performance level by the employees
because they are observing and doing the right and proper work. Along with this
if the same thing is presented on the graph will show the decrease in doing the
proper efforts per unit for the repetitive operations. The learning curve play a
important role in analysing or evaluating the various costs, estimation of cost
and the efficiency studies this can be said that learning curve. This curve explain
the experience curve, cost curve, efficiency curve and productivity curve. This
concept defines the progress of the individual person and helps the individual in
learning the different things which are used in doing the proper work.
