INTRODUCTION Human Resource Development (HRD) is the most important part in an organisation. Ithelps in determining effective activity to set up the organisation. In this way, HRD aids inmaintaining the internal environment of the organisation and solving business issue ordevelopment of a nation. In this context, present report is based on HSBC. This is afinancial service company in United Kingdom and provide different kinds of financialactivity in the world (Fletcher and Gordon,, 2017). In this report, it is focused on learningactivity and providing proper training to each and every employee in financial sector.This is because it helps in increasing the level of performance in different countries. Task 1P.1 Compare individual learning style and different learning styles In banking sector, learning is the most important part for new employees. It helps inachieving any target in any filed. Learning is a process of creating, retaining andtransfecting knowledge in organisation. It is help to increase over the time and giveexperience (Heeke, and et.al 2017). Learning helps in development and removing anyconflict in working environment. Furthermore, it increases productivity and effectivenessin working environment and development of nation. In this way, comparison betweendifferent types of learning styles are as follows: - Individual learning style Visual learning style Individual's learning stylerefers to thepreferential way in which the studentabsorbs, processes, comprehends andretains information. (Heeke, A and et.al2017)In visual learning style, it helps in usingimage, video and other factors to improvelearning habit in organisation. It is focused on one to one person inorganisation. It is focused on group of members inorganisation and achieve profit. Individual learning style helps in increasingknowledge of every single employee inorganisation. (Telli and et.al 2016)In visual learning style is help diagram atthe time of provide training to newemployees. Use of diagram is help easy tounderstand new things in organisation.

In this context, importance of learning is as follows: -It increases the level of competence, self-esteem or morale. Moreover, it booststhe level of performance in at workplace.
