They are focusing on different HR functions and operations that can helps toaccomplish desired level of results. The company deals as global brand with full service hotelsand resorts to increase business profits and revenue. For gaining insight information of the present report, it includes different purposes andfunctions of HRM that applicable at workplace for planning and resourcing. Furthermore, itcovers benefits of different kinds of HRM practices within the business for employer andemployee. Moreover, it focuses on importance of employee relations in respect to influenceHRM decision making. At last, application of HRM practices develop in work related context. In all over the world, it is one of the famous and largesthotel who targeted both business and leisure travellers. Across the world, there are more than 550 locations covered by the organisation toincrease their desired results of performances.
