Question 1
Stake holder support is very essential in the success of any project. To ensure the
successful adoption of learning 2.0 at ECT, the following approach can be used; researching
thoroughly about learning 2.0 in order to learn how it works. Assessing the viability of learning
2.0 in ECT based on the research results (Charles Jr, Schmidheiny, & Watts, 2017). Preparing a
report and presenting it to the top management in order to seek their approval. Conducting a pilot
testing of the idea among the managers in order to have physical evidence about its suitability.
Training the employees about learning 2.0 and requiring that the operational managers’ issue
work instructions to employees using learning 2.0 so that employees can easily embrace it.
Question 2
The key factors that would enable ECT to implement its learning approach include the
following; willingness among all the involved stakeholders in who in this case are the
subordinates, operational and tactical level managers, the strategic level managers, and the
service providers (Carnall, 2018). The second factor is the availability of sufficient funds to
acquire the technology, implement it in the organization, train the users, and maintain it over
time. The third factor is the availability of web 2.0 expert who will be offering support to users
anytime they are faced with learning 2.0 usage challenge. The fourth factor is business process
re-engineering which will facilitate the adoption of more flat organizational structure that will
enhance high collaboration in learning 2.0 (Doppelt, 2017).
Question 3
ECT has the necessary leadership needed to support the adoption of learning 2.0 since
