Jan O'Brien through herreading analyzed the implementing of learning 2.0 Program to increase the overall outcomes ofthe business mitigate the possible issues in business process. 2Development of learning 2.0 at ECT to ensure its success In the given case study, it is observed that ECT Company has been facing problems of highemployee turnover, less productivity in the business. It is considered that Jan O’Brien has giventhe idea of using learning 2.0 Program to mitigate the issues in ECT Company after analysing thecompetitors work process. The development of learning 2.0 Program in ECT could be done byfollowing proper strategic planning. Jan firstly needs to evaluate the possible benefits and lossesrelated to the organization. It is observed that firstly we have to gather the data which may affectthe internal and external factors of business (Turban, et al. 2018). After that proper analysisshould be made in the organization. The learning 2.0 would be practically tested by the some ofthe employees of the ECT. After taking proper feedbacks and identifying the issues of thebusiness, company needs to access whether installing learning 2.0 phase would be beneficial forthe ECT Company. Jan also needs to assess the factors which may contribute to the resistance ofaccepting this new learning 2.0 in an organization. The learning and training program would alsobe set to portray the potential benefits of learning 2.0 phase for the betterment of theorganization. This proper implementing process would help ECT company to ensure the successof the learning 2.0 phase in the organization. In addition to this, Jan will have to take proper
