On the job training- In this training the workers and employees are trained on the workplace
during their work. The workers learn how to perform actual on the workplace regarding their
work. It makes different type of training like-
Coaching- In this staff the supervisor and the management person who are much
experienced already, gives training to the other employees during their work. It is also an
individual based training so they all are comfortable with it.
Job rotation – In this type of training the employee send to the other department to learn
new things about other work it is given to the employees because of increasing ability. It is also
for decrease the bourbon of the employee in same kind of work.
Understudy – This training programs provide for the in existence of the supervisor and
in case of their retirement, transfer and in case of their death so that time the executive easily
handle the task which is provided to the supervisor(Hammond and Churchill, 2018).
Off the job training- In this the workers are trained outside the workplace. They took away from
the workplace. Different type of training use like-
Special lectures –It is also called classroom training. In these employees got o the classrooms
and attain different type of seminars to learn about their job. The main role of this training is to
inform employees about the job and responsibilities.
Simulation –It is the place where the workers learn how to use machines and tools, how to
operate them. It is the common training which gives by every organization.
Management games- In this training the employees divided into the groups and they have to play
different roles according to their ability and skills, on that place they required to apply their
knowledge.
