The company is having its operation in many other countries also. The marketshare of an enterprise is very high. Company is private owned country and having its stakeholders such as suppliers, customers, employees, and communities. The vision of company is torevolutionize grocery industry with unique business models. Mission of Aldi is to provide topquality product at lower prices. In this report function and purpose of HRM has been discuss in this report.
