The report aims to provide the key element of Human Resource Management. It is the most vital
and core function of an organization to carry out all the work activities in an effective manner.
Human Resource Management includes all the practices relating to employees welfare,
remuneration, hiring commerce selection and recruitment. The HR manager is liable to pay
attention on all over function and roles of HR department to enable staff benefit and recruit the
best talent in the organization. This report is going to discuss about Hilton Hotel London. The
chain of Hotel restaurant was first founded in 1919. The hotel Serve in approx 584 locations in
the whole world wide area. The hotel comes under the best five star service providers which
require professional staff and Management. The report is going to analyses various purpose and

weakness in managing best talent in organization.
