HR-Issue Description
The major human resource issue that is discussed in the given article refers to the
management of the diversity within the organization. The concerned organization in discussion is
known to have been dealing with the issues that are related to the diversity within the
organization. The case study reveals the fact that the meeting within the organization is found to
be managed and taken over by a dark-skinned female who has proved herself to be as capable as
her male counterparts. The concerned female member of the workforce is the chief executive
officer of the education institution based in Chicago, Adtalem Global Education. The company is
known to have been operating in order to gain profit and earns a profit of around three billion
dollars. The leader in discussion is considered to be only woman of an African American ascent
who had featured in the Standard & Poor’s mid-cap 400 index.
The concerned issue that has been highlighted in this case refers to the issue of the
implementation of the diversity within the workplace as well as the concepts of equality within
the workplace. The major issue that is being discussed within the case study refers to the issue of
the equality within the organizational workforce. The case study suggests that the equality within
the organization can be achieved through the implementation of the thought process among the
members of the workforce. The case study further highlights the fact that the awareness of the
diversity should be incorporated within the members of the workforce in order to deal with the
proper implementation of the same.

The concept of multiculturalism within the workforce refers to the concept of the
bringing together of the employees belonging to the different cultural and ethnic backgrounds.

The concept of multiculturalism should be implemented within the organization in order to
incorporate the people from various cultural backgrounds so as to help in the development of the
issues that are necessary for the creation of a workforce capable of handling the issues that are
presented within the organization regarding the development of the forces within the
organization (Vargas-Hernandez and Cervantes-Maldonado 2018). The implementation of the
diversity within the workforce of the organization helps in the spread of the organization at the
various international markets with the proper amount of ease regarding the cultural practices of
the target market wherein the concerned company has been planning an entry (Vora et al. 2018).
The implementation of the multiculturalism within the organization helps in the promotion of the
sharing of the ideas and the perspectives among the workplace members. This further helps in
the integration of the cultural factors which in turn leads to the newer innovations and business
concepts that would help in the increase in the proper working relationships among the
businesses.
The implementation of the multiculturalism within the organization has been considered
to be extremely advantageous for the development of the operations within the given
organization. The implementation of the multiculturalism within the organization tends to assist
in the development of the organizational activities through the incorporation of the better ideas
that are creative in nature. The implementation of the multicultural staff within the organization
would help in the development of the ways in which a certain issue within the organization might
be approached and solved. This would be helpful for the business organization due to the
diversification of the thought processes that are maintained by the employees within the
organization (Ng and Metz 2015). The huge variety of the viewpoints within the company tends
to implement a variety of solutions that might be put forth by the organizational management in
