INTRODUCTION HRM is defined as the process of managing people and employees in any organization and this department is also involved in the Hiring employees, motivating employees, training and their development, so they can give their best toward the company (Bratton and Gold., 2017). Company can achieve higher growth if their employees are giving their best toward the task. HR manager of the company recruit skilful workforce for company and give their contribution. This report will cover Marshfield Bakery Limited company for study. It is SME company of UK which is continuously growing in their market. Basically they are Manufacturer of Biscuit and rusk, and they also Manufacture Preserved Pastry goods and cakes. This report will analyse 4 tasks in which report will explain four factors involved in the HRM plaining in company. It will also provide knowledge to motivate employees of theMarshfield Bakery, so they can gain competitive advantages. This report will also analyse how company obtain cooperation of their employees. In the end of this report will explain process of managing performance of the employees in the workplace. TASK 1 A.C1.1) Consideration of factors during Human Resource plaining There two kinds of factors which can impact Marshfield Bakery during their HR plaining, internal factors and external factors (Brewster and Hegewisch., 2017). Internal factors such as needs of the company, skills required for the particular job, Market demand and changes in demand. External Factors such as Labour market trends , competition in the market and labour cost. Internal Factors Company needs Company needs can affect on HR plaining of the Marshfield Bakery because HR manger of the company have to recruit employees according to the jobs available in the workplace. Candidates should have skilful employees who can help to achieve business needs of the company, and they can achieve growth in the market. Marshfield Bakery need more workforce in their company because they are growing their business so it is necessary for them to recruit employees to fill vacancies in the company. Skills Requirement
Marshfield Bakery have some areas where they need knowledgable person. One of them are Chef and Manager (Collings, Wood and Szamosi., 2018). Company will need Chef who can make all the recipes in their stores and manger who can manage employees and control whole manufacturing department in workplace. Workforce Profile HR manager of the Marshfield Bakery company have to maintain workforce profile of the employees for both who are new and employees who are working from long time. It will help them to know that how many employees are working in their company and how much they will need more. Market Demand Market demand also has huge impact on HR planning of the company. Recently they are growing fast in the market and with the increment of their product demand in the market (Delery and Roumpi., 2017).Marshfield Bakery need strong workforce and more employees in the company because they have to increase their demand and if they will ignore this factor then they can see some impact on their profitability. External Factors Labour market trends Increment in the unemployment rates has large impact on the HR planning of Marshfield Bakery because they can get skilled employees in low salaries. Which is beneficial for company, and they can spend those saving for the training purpose. Competition Increasnment in the competition for the company can affect on their profitability, so they will need strong workforce to compete with their competitors, So HR department of the company have to provide training to their employees, so they can increase their potential and skills. Cost WhenMarshfield Bakery company will start dealing with on the global level then they have to recruit new employees for their another branch, and they also have to provide them trainings and make them understand the process of the company (Diaz-Fernandez, Pasamar- Reyes and Valle-Cabrera., 2017). It will need more finance and cost to complete this whole global expansion process.

A.C2.2) Skills required in employees to carry out jobs There are different areas and department in the Marshfield Bakery company where skills requirements are different. Company is manufacturing Biscuits and rusk, and they also make Pastry goods and cakes. Management skills Managers job in Marshfield Bakery will need high profile and experience. HR manager have to ensure that candidate should have management skills because they will give directions to the employees, and they will also control their activities in the workplace.HR manger have to see this management skills in candidate. Communication skills Communicationskillsaremajorrequirementoftheorganizationbecausewithout communication skills company cannot grow (Henderson., 2017). HR manger have to look for communication skills in the candidate which show how effective they will be in their task. Time management skills Time management is impotent for every employee because this shows that they can do their work on time or not. HR department of theMarshfield Bakery company have to see that candidate has time management skills or not, they will take time to do any task or not. Generally, most of the candidate's mansion that, but they do not follow their time table so HR manger should test their time management skills, so they can get better employees in their company. TASK 2 A.C2.1) Employees motivation Employees motivation is important forMarshfield Bakery because they are responsible to run activities and also help company to achieve their goals and objective. They can't be successful if their employees are not happy with them, and they are demotivated so HR department of theMarshfield Bakery should use some strategy to keep their employees motivated. Reward System There are many organizations who provide rewards to their employees according to their performance in the workplace (Kennedy., 2017). This helps them to motivate their employees so employees give their best to achieve objectives. Marshfield Bakery company should provide reward to the employees who are performing well in the company and helping them to achieve
the objectives. This motivates employees and also create good relation between superiors and subordinates. They give them bonus rewards or otherwise they can also give promotion in the company, so they can take higher and responsible position in the company. Company can see better growth, and they can gain high growth advantages from their employees contribution in their task. Family Friendly Employees are human being so superiors of the company should behave nicely with them and listen to their problem and issues they are facing in the workplace. If superiors will behave good with them then they can trust their superiors, and they can also provide suggestion in the decision-making of the company because employees know what problem are taking place in the company. It will also help to create flow of communication in the organization and employees will get proper and clear information related to the task (Lakshmi and Kennedy., 2017). They can be motivated and share new ideas for the innovation in the company. Additional benefits There are some additional benefits such as medical and health insurance of the employees which is important factor for the worker's motivation. Superiors of the Marshfield Bakery companyshouldprovidemedicalfacilitiesintheirworkforcebecauseduringthework employees can get injured. If they will get medical facilities from the company then they will feel safe to work in the company and it will also increase their performance in the task. Health insurance is also important for employees because they are earning for their families and anything happened to employees then it will affect on their family as well. TASK 3 A.C3.1) Employees cooperation in workplace Organization can be successful in their business if their employees give cooperation in the task. Marshfield Bakery company can use some strategies to obtain employees cooperation in the workplace, so they can achieve growth in the market. Contracts of employees Marshfield Bakery company should fulfil all the promises which is given in the contracts. This will motivate as well increase potential of the workers. For example- equality in the workplace, salaries according to skills, positioning on the basis of their experience and their knowledge in the filed (Tung., 2016). They should provide their rights, so they can give their contribution to achieve goals and objective of the company in the market. Most of the organizations does not provide requirement of the employees which is given in the employees contract This can work as a demotivation for the workers. There are some ways which can be useful for manager of the company to measure performance of the employees, Training programs are provided by the Human Resource management of the company and Manager have to ensure their performance in their report from employees training, target achievement, support and their performance review. Performance review Manager of the Marshfield Bakery company have to record employees performance and if there are some employees who are not performing well in the company then, they should provide them a training, so workers can develop skills and increase their performance. This can be identified by recording employees performance in the task. Manager have to make report of the employees and mansion their mistakes in the task. Targets

If they are able to achieve target which is given by the Marshfield Bakery company then their performance is good but if they are not able to complete targets which is given by the companycontinuously. They try to manage employees performance and their contribution in the task, After employees complete their training then they have to review their performance on the basis of their report card. This task also has been described skills which is necessary in employees according to the jobs in Marshfield Bakery company. company can obtain cooperation from their employees.
