INTRODUCTIONHuman resource management is important part of every organisation whoseresponsibility is to take care that adequate manpower is present in firm. It is essential that systemfunction effectively and business operations are conducted efficiently; so timely objectives andgoals are achieved. Employer need to perform recruitment and staffing process; which helps firmto have adequate workforce available (Bratton and Gold, 2017). Along with this, developmentand training activities are conducted by management to enhance skills and abilities of members;thereby make them perform tasks effectively. Present assignment is based on Morrisons, whichis famous supermarket chain established in UK. This report defines human resource practicesthat are performed by employer such as frame strategies, take adequate judgements and makesystem function in according to government legislations. HR manager even require to establishrelations with employees to anticipate issues and conflicts faced by them; thereby provide themadequate solutions.
