Its headquarters is situated at Leicester, United State and they operate itbusiness at various locations. The topics which are included in this report are respectivecompany operations, purpose and their core objective to conduct business. Along with this it willalso include function and role of human resource management as well as it will also includeapproaches for performance management and reward system. It will also include informationabout HR practices which are conducted by a company in order to hire employees. This will alsoexplain about information related to effectiveness of staffs relation and engagement. It will alsoinclude information related to employees legislation which are followed by a company andwhich will impact on decision making of HR manager. ACTIVITY 11. Next Plc is a famous British retail company which is operating its business atinternational level and it will offer wide variety of products ranges related to footwear and homeappliances. It is also overtake or takenby Marks and Spencer in year 2012.Mission statement: The mission statement of respective company is to become one ofthe famous and natural retailer by offering wide variety of men and women fashion atUnited Kingdom. 1

Purpose:The purpose of Next Plc is to offer quality products according to theirrequirements and desire of customers as well as they also want to offer trendy anddesigner products. Objectives: The respective company objective is offer quality as well a fashionablegoods which attract and fulfil requirement of customers in effective manner and ataffordable price. 2.Function which are conducted by HR management helps them in motivating employeesso that they get encouraged to conduct their work in effective manner so that company attaintheir goal. The major aim of respective function is to aid company's activities in order to conductproper communication within workplace which help in accomplishment of work properly.
