appropriate manner.
Tesla organization works on human resource management in an appropriate
manner as to get the proper objective of a company in an efficient and effective
manner. This report covers the importance of training in a company and the
development of a personality showcase an enormous impact to get the objective fulfill
on a given period of time. It will analyze an enormous impact on the growth of an

beneficial for company like Tesla so it form various strategies according to the
objective of a company. Tesla uses Horizontal communication channel to interact
with in the company, which gives knowledge about the cultural difference of a
company and maintain decorum according to it. These Performances get polished by
the proper skill, which has been done in training. Training is must as to motivate an
employee as to work accordingly. Induction, orientation are the part of a beginners
who enters in a company with fresh new mind and ready to face new challenges in
company. It clarifies every aspect of filling gap in an employee from every the
knowledge which they have and the proper skill which a job required. Tesla maintains
an appropriate skill for every individual as per the job required which add up values

Electric car business has strength as it has no environmental affect, which helps

to focus on work and the service. It helps an employee to take care of the child. Large
companies focus on day care services as to provide comfortable zone to its employees
and ask every individual to maintain a perfect focus on work (Brewster, et.al., 2016).
Day care services are much beneficial in terms of relaxing mind for female
employees, as working in company with focus mind is much necessary for future
growth. Employees have benefits by adopting day care services in various ways.
Dependent care assistance programs has been adopted by many big companies which
allows every individual to deduct dependent care expenses from the salary which they
receive at the end of a month. Child care resources and referral which provide benefit
personally as a home service but adopting it in a company makes it more easy to get
better facility from it. Flexible schedule in a company sometimes become hectic
which turns an individual mind more complex and instead of focusing on work
properly, employees get stuck in taking care of child which somewhere affects the
objective of an organization. To get every barrier resolved big companies focus on
adopting back up childcare assistance, which helps in taking care of child when
schools are off, and offices are open.
For different other companies who have less number of employees but
workload is same as allotted in large companies, need every possible facility from an
organization. Organization works with an aim of achieving every goal of a company,
but to get the objective on time it is necessary to give perfect optimistic atmosphere in
company. To provide an optimistic atmosphere in an organization, it is much
important to give every facility to an employee as to get more focused on doing work
in an appropriate manner. Small companies should tie up with large-scale industries
as to get the facilities of day care for its employees. Day care services in an
organization are much beneficial as to get proper arrangement for every child and
allow employees to get focused on work (Brewster, et.al., 2016). Companies working
with low number of employs are more focused in achieving objective on a fixed
period of time which gets possible if every individual fulfill task as per the guidance
allotted. Facing challenges in small companies are many such as competition which is
the most important barrier in market, to get every barrier solve an employee should be
motivated to get the work done on time. Completion of a given task on time with full
thought process is much necessary as to get the work done efficiently.
New parents are more into working atmosphere and taking care of a child in a
way as to get proper arrangement is much necessary. Working more is more
comfortable in a company in which childcare facilities are to be allotted. Keeping in
mind of every work employers has to pay around $5230 tax-free amount every year,
which treated as a charge for the particular service allotted. Managing and offering
unique services to employees creates goodwill in market, which does an impressive
impact for future growth (Albrecht, et.al 2015). A better option may be partner with a
local day center to provide services as it function as a unique valuable service in
market. This fills the gap of a customer with the service, which they are in searching
for. Every products and services fill the gap of an individual need by providing
perfect merchandise as per the demand of a consumer.

From the above mentioned report, it can be analyze that human resource
management is a long term, which involves a process from hiring till the time
performance appraisal takes place. Management consists of planning, organizing,
staffing, directing and controlling of all events in a company. Human resource
management is a part of management, which works for staffing new employees and
give them best appropriate training to fulfill an organizational objective on a fixed
