INTRODUCTION
Human resource is the department which is concern for recruiting and selecting the
potential candidate can perform their given job role with the best use of their skills and abilities
in an appropriate manner. It is also generated to the compensation, preparing and improvement
execution appraisal adding on concern to the job related benefits. Backbone for any business
organisation that uses their skills and abilities in order to get effective results in an organisation.
The main concern of human resource is to sufficient number of workforce in each department so
that all the functions can be operated in and smooth manner and organisation can have the right
applicant by picking right resource of enrollment for that employees will surely work with extra
potential in order to achieve the overall goal of the business.
British Airways is the chosen organisation for this report, London based airline company in the
United Kingdom and this report analyse the various factor that is creating the web form and also
help the business by using various strategies. Also evaluate the effect of culture and religion on
personnel management in United Kingdom and also make effective use of organizational
model of occupation. Moreover the report will demonstrate the difference between personnel
management and HRM by utilizing storey's 27 model. Call su evaluate the the significance of
Human resource management in the culture and also explain the employment law in the internal
market. Lastly, a suggestion will be given regarding the HRM practices in attaining overall
organizational goal.

Human resource is the main aspect which player significant role in smooth running of their
various operations and also and ensure the heading of the potential candidate and talented staff
so that they can actively contribute in achieving the business goal of the company. It also focuses
on providing positive work environment in the workplace so that employee can complete their
given task in an appropriate manner. Human resource manager ensure the best use of the people
by conducting various training and development session for the enhancement of their skills. In
context to British Airways, there are certain ways that is creating value for the organisation are

Effective selection and retention: human resources is concerned with hiring of deserving
candidate by choosing the appropriate source of recruitment and selection that helps the
company to get there potential employee which contribute their best in achieving the
organisational goal. When the companies providing good working conditions and
environment to the employees, it will increase our chances of employee retention as they
are comfortable in the healthy environment and apply their skills and capabilities for
attaining the overall business goal. British Airways can grow their employment abilities
by creating the good working culture in the organisation.
Employee appraisal: it is the aspect which help in measuring the performance of the
employees and also evaluate the status of employees in consideration to the development
of the business. It also help in recognizing the hi working employees that are giving more
contribution in achieving the business school with their strategic thinking and innovative
ideas. After realising the progress of the individual, Human resource management
conduct the performance appraisal so that British Airways can increase their productivity
by motivating their workforce.
Providing fair compensation and rewards- every individual is working for getting the
deserving compensation for their specific job role. It also helps the employee to achieve
their business goal and then offer them various rewards to the employees according to
their performance. British Airways improve their business by providing share
compensation and rewards to their employees.

the essential part of the human life that reflect their shared believes in specific religion. What is
