importance of human resource management with its roles and purpose in the company. Human
resource plan which is based on the supply and demand of company. Report is covers by the
ressentiment of the current state employees relations within the sector and discussion of various
laws which will affect to the management of human resource. Study will identify by the job title
in the company with job description and person specification. Every service's sector has the
different recruitment process and compare with other services business. It is also highlighted by
the training and development activities and its contribution in industry.
