Human resource management is the application and knowledge of recruitment, selection
and appointment of employees in the organisation. It refers to the plan of action which
impressive administration of an organisation’s individual. It is planned to improve
employee performance, in order to attain organisational objectives.

Recruitment and staffing: - It is one of the important role of human resource management. It
recruits individuals at right time, right place and right position in the company.
Conflict resolution: - There are various kinds of employees in the organisation with different
values, education and nature and sometimes conflicts arises among them.
