Team’s Communication Process
The members of team for the project must meet on daily basis at meeting room once in the
morning to understand and discuss the plan for the day and always open door policy is
available (Cren, 2016). The members can contact other members via e-mail, phone etc. the
shared folder is kept in single PC and is shared with proper access to its users for the
project.
Team’s Rules & Expectations
Goal: the ultimate goal of the team members is to manage stakeholder’s need and fulfill
their all agreed expectations or the real success of the project
Experience: team work can have positive and negative impacts both. The positivity in team
work can be obtained by maintaining clarity in goal with clear positive objective and open
minded (O'Grady, 2017). Whereas the team work can have negative impacts too if not
handled properly like with the unavailability of clear objective and goal can lead to conflict
and finally less productivity or even by having other issue like favoritism and many more
can have ill effect of having team work.
Team value: the team must maintain a value of its member and respect each other to have
positive atmosphere of working ad its can obviously give higher productivity. But there are
few more values like the team must continuously search for development of the group,
sufficiently energetic to conduct critical tasks; fearless and confident to take own decision
but always it is recommended to take decision after discussing with the team members
only, be straightforward and keep up sound workplace, think about group's good and
regard all colleague's way of life (Bristol, 2012).
Code of Ethics: we the team members shall always maintain proper discipline in the office
and it is our moral duty to keep the project out of social dirt like corruption and favoritism.

Team work and reflection
All the decisions must be taken after conducting adequate study and any body’s influence
shall not be entertained (PMI, 2017). We will abide by the policy of the company and act
according towards achieving the goal.
Rules and Expectations: over and above the values and ethical concerns which the team
shall follow there are few more table rules which need to be followed by the team members
while on duty. The team members should always follow group's choice, work entire
heartedly, comprehend the way of life appropriately and stay away from clashes (Gupta,
2017). Team members should never miss from meeting without earlier notice and notify in
case of any emergency and be more egoistic than work.

Part Four
Reflection
To make a project successful the leadership skills are very much important, without the
leadership skills in project manager can actually fail the project. The leadership skills do
not only come from the technical knowledge which any project manager possesses. But the
leadership skills are some soft skills generally present in the blood of the leaders like set
example for other by doing remarkable job, always confident on the decision taken and
shall also stand by the decision, possess a brilliant communication skill which keeps them
ahead of others, person with very positive attitude and always ready to solve problems of
own and others too, the person must not be aggressive always he or she must also have
patience enough to listen to others and so on (Marsh, 2013). Even though not all but many
of the above discussed characteristics are present in my experience while developing the
report like all the problems been solved, team work is been motivated, dedicated most of
the work to team, defined rules and roles of team members.
A manager can only manage the work and do the coordination activity, whereas a project
manager of IT project need much more than that and require to set the path and vision for
the team and always keep on motivating the team along with taking out the desired
progress too an being the IT field which is purely people centric progress so the manager
needs to be act as leader by having good communication skill, leadership skills,
motivational skill, problem solving skill and many more as per above discussion (Schiff,
2017). So it can be concluded that the report development has provided clear idea about
the IT project management experience and team handling.
