Introduction
Communication is the key to success in many fields. Professional writing makes a
huge impact on the progress of a person in their personal and professional
development. In addition, intercultural and interpersonal communication is highly
required for success in a professional career.
Most of the businesses are required a high level of communication for managing
different processes perfectly. In addition, report writing is necessary for academic
work as well as a business perspective. This reflective journal will explain about my
learning from the communication module, which is based on different types of
communication, such as verbal, professional, business communication and many
others.
Reflective writing
Communication is useful in relationship building in the business between different
people, such as top management, senior managers, and employees. I learnt about
different types of communication in that module and I have developed many skills
in myself after that workshop, which are necessary for my academic work and it will
provide help in business in the future.
In addition, communication is required for the development of different skills, such
as teamwork and effective meeting for work. There are many things, which are
necessary for professionalism, such as report writing, public speaking, and business
communication.
Communication is necessary for the development of a persona and it develops
knowledge and ideas of a person. There are many things, which are new for me in
that module. I learnt about many things in that module, which areas:

 Report writings
 Teamwork and effective meetings
