Due to thehomelessness young people suffers from many types of problems such as cold injury, mentalillness, mortality and depression. There are different types of course which leads to an individual towards the depressionHomelessness is one of them . In UK there are many young people which are facing such typeof problem which make them depressed. In the In London Borough of Lambeth 39% youngindividuals said they left home because of arguing with parents or family and 20% had leftbecause of their parents substance abuse. Family breakdown is major cause of homelessness inyoung people (Reeves, 2015). The present report is based on measuring impact of thehomelessness on the young people and how it is related to the depression. This research reportgives clear understanding the main causes of homelessness and the factors which leads tohomelessness. Along with this scholar is also involved strageices which helps to reducedepression among young people. BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE OF THE STUDY Very few people know this thing that the common most health problem is thehomelessness. In UK there are many people which are facing such type of problem in which themain causes is homelessness (Padgett, 2016) This fact can be perceived all over the globe wherethe scientific discipline is creating several developmental changes for the betterment of thesociety. 3

Affordable and safe accommodation brings high stability and security along with thisprovide a gateway to access health services. Homelessness and mental health go hand in hand.In London Borough of Lambeth the rate of the homelessness is increases. In 2016 32% of singlehomeless people reported a mental health problem, and depression rates. There are many causesof homelessness in the country such as lack of job, security, not having qualification in the youngpeople. The most common factors which become cause of depression is homelessness due to thisyoung people which belongs to age 16- 25 years. To solve this problem there is no singlemeasurement available (Montgomerie and Büdenbender, 2015). Department of health isbasically focuses on the making different types of strategic which helps to young people orsolving their mental health problems appoint staff members which can work with the homelessindividual, provide them emotional and psychological needs. All these strategies are design tomake development of young people and secure them for getting depressed. The present reportconcentrated on the impact of Homelessness on the rate of depression in young People (16-years)in London Borough of Lambeth.
