INTRODUCTION

Such types of enterprise operate business in different countries but managed from one nation.
Multinational origination provides developing nations with various benefits. These corporations

which an individual belongs to is considered to be as crucial source of pride as well as self
esteem fore them.

Research limitation :
Due to lack of sufficient time as well a resources the investigator has failed to
perform in depth investigation on specific topic. In addition to this, sue to lack of depth
knowledge about the research methodologies, an individual has faced difficulty in data

population researcher can adopt any one of the methods of sampling to select their number or
group of respondents. Probability sampling is the sampling in which every member has

another method to determine the selected respondent result and goals. Present study has been
taken simple random sample and taking 30 employees of MacDonald’s. There is some other
sampling method such as Stratified, cluster, participatory, snowball etc. apart from that,
population or sample size is the most important term for the research in order to get the final
outcomes and results to growth in more appropriate manner.

nature of the study. I conducted the quantitative research which has assisted me in gathering
detail facts and data related to the Topic. It has also supported be in developing good
understanding about particular problem. Quantitative research has provided me an ease in
interpreting the information.

I have utilized inductive research for conducting the investigation. I found inductive
research approach to be very much useful as it has helped in providing good experience to user
in context of cost as well as quality of information. In addition to this, I use interpretative
research philosophy in present study. I experienced that it is the interpretative research
philosophy which has enabled me to conduct in depth research on specific topic. In addition to
this, interpretative research philosophy allowed me to observe the participant in non- artificial
environment.
In context of present study, I have used both primary and secondary sources for
collecting the data related to the topic. I believe that accumulating information from both
primary and secondary source is effect as it has helped me in gathering huge amount of data. It
has assisted me in developing the deep understanding about the topic. I used thematic analysis
for analysing the information which has assisted me in developing the understanding about the
pattern of responses provided by participants during the research.

I have developed the understanding about the effect of Multinational corporation on the
consumer health and well being in host country. I gained knowledge about benefits of global
companies. I learnt the process of conducting investigation. I gained knowledge about different
research methods. By participating in the study I have gained practical experience which I
believe that would assist me in conducting further investigation in the future. In addition to the
knowledge I have developed different core competencies such as research, presentation skills
which I perceive that will support me in my professional and personal developed. I think that in
order to conduct future research I need to increase my knowledge about research methodology.
In addition to this, I also believe that I need to develop time management skill and improve
communication. I will seek support from my superiors, friends for improving my communication
skills. I will avoid multitasking. I will prepare schedule on daily basis as this will help me in
completing the research project on time. There are scope of future research in field and it could

be lead further by making the international organization more sustainable for social, economic
and ethical way. Further intense and detailed research can be performed to get better data of
organization.
CONCLUSION
From the above investigation , it has been summarised that multinational corporation
have both optimistic and counter effect on the consumer health and well being. The other thing
which has found during the study that consumer in host country can gain various benefits such as
high quality goods at low price from multinational national company. It has been summarized
from about report that increase in number of multinational organization can have negative impact
on culture, environment and well being of consumer. Multinational companies can have negative
impact on well being of consumer as such firm intends to use adulterated material for producing
goods at low costs which can have adverse effect on health of consumer.
It has been recommended that that Mc Donald's should contribute in campaign as well as
social welfare projects as this tactic will help an organization in promoting well being.

Ethical issues: It is considered to be as crucial consideration which are required to be
considered by researcher before starting to conduct investigation on specific topic.
Researcher in present study has taken an effective measure in order to avoid ethical issues'
in present study. Few plans of action taken by investigator in present research is that scholar
has informed the participants about the purpose of study. Investigator has taken written
consent from the participants before using the information. In addition to this, researcher
has used special computer software for storing the data in order to keep it confidential.
Investigator in present investigation emphasizes on collecting the facts as well as figures
from primary sources which as helped them in avoiding the chances of plagiarism. No
